About Prosper

Benefiting from Solid Groundwork

Prosper builds on a long history of interest in supporting our local child care businesses in Martin County. We know our community benefits from continued recognition and promotion of the great work child care businesses do with our children.

An Investment in Martin County's Future

With generous funding from the Schmeeckle Foundation, a small group of child care advocates created the Prosper program to support existing child care professionals to differentiate and sustain their businesses.
Given that Martin County’s need for child care is expected to grow, Prosper also provides new opportunities for prospective early child care entrepreneurs to start their new businesses in Martin County.
